As Managing Member of this Corporation, Mr. Dietz handles new business development and planning as well as working with the client in programming, technical and economic feasibility and architectural design.

Mr. Dietz is experienced in the delivery of professional architectural services as a Principal since 1993. His background and experience includes many successful projects throughout the country in the areas of office, retail, and restaurant, institutional, mixed-use and industrial.

FUNCTION
As a Partner of the Firm, David performs the duties for management of the architectural staff, tracks multiple project and production schedules to meet client’s deadlines and construction budgets, and collaborates with the other partners to develop proposals, project budgets, and project timelines. He coordinates with multiple consultant disciplines and communicates with clients and corporate representatives to design and create spaces and structures which conform to program requirements. He also supervises the construction administration of the projects to assure compliance and consistency with the construction documents and project design. David has over 25 years of professional experience participating in the design and execution of projects covering a wide range of building types and programs including retail, restaurant, commercial, hospitality buildings and residential.
David currently oversees the restaurant, health club, and hospitality studio in the partnership, along with retail centers and other projects.
